PROCESS
An overview of the general process we follow when developing a System for certifcation is attached here. Please note, this is a guide only, the process for each System is discussed and agreed to at the first visit. Also, hold point identified are to ensure that you and your organisation are happy with what is being develoiped, to ensure we are not progressing with the System without your approval and satisfaction.

WHAT WE WILL DO

We gather information on how your organisation works, to develop the system to only what you need; 
- 
Ensure complete confidentiality 
- 
Deliver a SIMPLE, LEAN and EFFECTIVE system that meets the requirements of the Standards; 
- 
Ensure your key personnel understand the requirements of the system; 
- 
Ensure the requirements of the system is understood prior to finalising the system, so it can be effective once we have finished; and 
- 
Conduct the internal audit and management review, so the system is ready for certification by others 
- 
Communicate at all times and seek your approval at hold points 
- 
Tailor the implementation requirements to meet your needs 
WHAT DO WE NOT DO

Management and Compliance Solutions does not do any off the following (unless requested to do so....):
- 
Tell you how to run your business! 
- 
Gather unnecessary information on the business that is not pertinent to the development of your system; 
- 
Create unnecessary documents; 
- 
Develop detailed/low level procedures; 
- 
Modify your existing documents and forms, however, we will if they are to be used as part of the core system 
- 
Identify your industry specific legislative requirements, however we can help with this if required; 
- 
Create project management plans, however we do cumminicate and discuss delivery time frames; 
- 
Leave you with a system you don’t understand - whilst a full working understanding of the System and the Standards takes time, we will ensure you understand the System for it to operate and add value to your business.
